Take a dough kneading plate and add all-purpose flour to it, then start to mix the dough. Afterwards, add salt and baking powder to it. Then, sift the flour once. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the middle and make a well. Take some warm water and mix in the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to let it set. The yeast will grow while we wait. To make bread, add yeast to flour and mix it well with water. For 4-6 hours, put this dough away. Then, knead the dough again. It’s ready now.

2 Step:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. It’s now time to make the pizza base. The dough has already been made and is ready to be used. Make sure the space is a little dusty with dry flour. Then, take a lot of pizza dough. Use a rolling pin to make this dough into a nice circle. (Note: Make sure that the base of the circle is even at all points.) You should use a fork to poke holes in the base after you’ve made it. This will make sure the base doesn’t rise and it bakes well. Make sure the oven is hot before you start. Bake it for 10 minutes. Now, your pizza base is ready to be made.

3 step:

It’s time to wash the capsicum. Slice it into small pieces in a bowl and put it away. Then, peel the onions and cut them into small pieces in a separate bowl. Do the same with the other bowl. Finally, cut the tomatoes and mushrooms in the same way, as well. As long as the tomatoes have less juice in them, that should be fine. When all the vegetables are done, grate the processed and mozzarella cheese into separate bowls, and then mix them together.

4 step:

To make the pizza, start with a fresh pizza crust. Then, spread tomato ketchup all over it. Spread half of the processed cheese on the base. Then, spread the veggies out evenly across the base, and do the same. A lot of mozzarella cheese should be put on top after you put all the vegetables in.

It is time to put this pizza base in a baking dish and put it in the oven. Let the pizza bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, then take it out and let it cool. Once the pizza is done baking, take out the baking tray and slice it up into pieces. To serve, add oregano and chilli flake to taste. Make sure the oven is at least 250 degrees Celsius for at least 5 minutes before you start baking.
